Or maybe it’s just part of pop culture to associate trench coats and sturdy rainy-weather boots with the Big Apple. We also combine the mix of feminine and brutal silhouettes with the famous New York street style – for example, pleated skirts and leather, a smart two-piece suit and lace-up high boots.

These images fit Woody Allen’s aesthetic perfectly, don’t you think? Black and white can be exciting, even unpredictable, if you get creative and play with textures. Leather and knitwear, thin gloves and a sweatshirt on a jacket – that’s a bold decision!
