“Flowers? In the spring? How original,” the legendary Miranda Priestley would say. But what to do: indeed, since the very beginning of the warm fashion season, “drawers” of all types and sizes are everywhere. Lizzo, for example, came to the Grammy-2023 in a massive cape, on which orange flowers bloomed – and to make everyone notice the trend, she made “roses” on her nails.

There is nothing to say about street stylers, they had their say at Fashion Weeks. Roses in the form of chokers, key chains, belts, roses on sleeves, shoes, bombers, shirts – and even sewn right on the chest! There was an insane amount of flower variations and of course not all of them were invented by the fashion influencers themselves. In many ways the trend was set by Christian Siriano, Yves Saint Lauren and Valentino, who placed flowers on a large part of the collections. And with that he gave the fashionista the unspoken command “Face!”.
We respect, of course, but the number of “drawers” in the images of street stylists and celebrities of the first size cannot but surprise. Everyone from Jennifer Lopez to swimwear and accessories mini-brands have embraced the trend.

So you can join the trend at lightning speed: just get a dress with roses on the hem or even a large hairpiece with lush petals. You can also wear a pair of removable chokers so that your flowers can migrate through your clothes, hair and sandals. Yes, some fashion bloggers attach roses of all sizes, as hairpins, to shoes or to the straps of tops – depending on the mood. It looks very romantic!
