New to Disney+ in June 2023: Finally stream “Avatar 2”, MCU essentials and new episodes of the best comedy series of 2022!

And then, of course, there’s the MCU addition we promised you in the headline. The new Marvel series will begin on June 21, 2023Secret invasion“ on Disney+, the episodes appear weekly on Wednesdays. After a long hiatus, the MCU series finally continues, in 2023 none had started – but after that it goes fast: the second season “Loki” starts on October 6, the “Hawkeye” spin-off series “Echo” is out on Nov. 29.

In the thriller series Secret Invasion, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury must fight an impending secret invasion almost single-handedly. So this time it sounds more like spy action than classic superhero action, further expanding the range of MCU series genres (think WandaVision’s offbeat sitcom approach). But even before “Secret Invasion”. “Avatar 2: The way of the water” Coming to Disney+: June 7, 2023 is here! Many of you have probably already seen the sci-fi epic in theaters – after all, enough money has poured into the global treasury to sell “Avatar 2” for $2.3 billion third highest-grossing film of all time close to. But even those who’ve already seen “Avatar 2” might want to tune into Disney+ a second time.

And for anyone who hasn’t seen the new adventures of Jake (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) on Pandora yet, we can only advise: watch the movie, it’s worth it, even if it clearly depends a lot on the equipment in your home theater depends on how powerful the spectacular images come across away from the big screen. Our tip: New episodes of the 2nd season “Abbott Elementary”

While “Avatar 2” and the Marvel Cinematic Universe probably don’t need a major introduction anymore, see the great comedy seriesAbbot Elementary School” something else, even though word of mouth may have already gained a foothold here. The first season of the series developed by Quinta Brunson about teachers at a primary school in Philadelphia was possible Golden Globe for Best Comedy Series 2022 and also made our ranking of the best series of the year.

The second season was split in two for release on Disney+. The first half is available since March 1, 2023 and now more episodes are coming from June 21, 2023which the author of this article is particularly looking forward to.
