Don’t know what’s so nice about the wet and cold weather, … except: mushroom season!
mmm! Mushrooms – in all possible recipe variations: poached on toast, risotto, omelettes, and, and, and … and of course with pasta!
Of course there is countless Ways to cook mushrooms with pasta. This is my go-to version. I call you:
As always, the recipe is quick and easy to prepare and does not contain too many ingredients – this is because the main ingredient should be the main ingredient in terms of taste. That fungi misty – mixed mushrooms – in the title simply means go to your trusted greengrocer and see what’s on offer. For me it was porcini, oyster mushrooms and mushrooms. But other strains would work just as well.
Oh yes: I have the wide pappardelle because these are often used for mushroom recipes, but other ribbon noodles would work as well, as well as short pasta like tortiglioni or farfalle. Here we go!
