Rumors immediately erupted on social media about what the belt could be about. On Twitter, several people suspect it could be a hernia belt.
Another theory: Meghan recently had a (beauty) treatment and therefore now has to wear the “belt”. On Twitter, a user reports from her own experience: “I had surgery and I wear a sling that looks like this under my clothes. It is Velcro and is used after plastic surgeries.»
And there are more guesses. There is also speculation that the Duchess could be using the diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight. The belt would then be an “Ozempic pump” that provides the supply. On Twitter in the US this week, the word “Ozempic” was even trending at times in connection with Meghan.

Finally, another one circulates next to it Netflix theory. According to this, the belt is actually a holder for a recording device that is supposed to provide new material for another streaming production. As a reminder, the documentary “Harry & Meghan” caused a sensation at Netflix in 2022 and turned out to be very profitable for the provider.
A new season has not yet been officially announced, but a renewed partnership between Netflix and the Sussexes should hardly come as a surprise.
