“These are children with a broken heart. In the Home, we meet all their needs, we offer them a home to look at life in a different way,” he explained.
She was also critical of child laws and the role of government.
“Governments must issue laws that guarantee continuous monitoring of the foundations where children are placed. If they close the foundations in Panama right now, what would they do with those children,” he said.
