First details about the new movie “Justice League”: Superman, Batman and Co. on a war planet

Since “Superman: Man Of Tomorrow”, which was released in 2020, a new DC universe has emerged in the home theater after a soft reboot, which also includes an adventure about the Dark Knight with the two-parter “Batman: The Long Halloween”. . After the project was announced at Comic-Con 2022, the highly anticipated first details of “Justice League: Warworld” are now available. According to the official synopsis, the Justice League has been nothing more than a loose association of various superheroes. But when they are kidnapped on a strange planet called Warworld, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Co. find a way to become a real team. ‘The Boys’ star returns as Batman

The cast was also announced, with the actors known from the previous films of the past three years reprising the popular DC characters. The Boys star Jensen Ackles reprises his role as Batman, Stana Katic reprises his role as Wonder Woman and Darren Criss as Superman.

Warworld: Will the DC Legends fight each other?

Even if “Justice League: Warworld” doesn’t have a direct comic template, DC fans should know the planet from several stories. That could also be why they are abducted from Earth in the animated movie in the first place.
