Pop-rock singer Avril Lavigne, 38, has put her Malibu, California home up for sale. The property by the sea is equivalent to around CHF 11 million.
According to the PropertyShark portal, Lavigne purchased the villa in October 2020 for approximately 7.5 million francs. Built in the 1960s, the house was renovated by luxury expert Scott Gillen before it was bought. Had he sold the house for 11 million francs, Lavigne would have earned about 3.5 million more in less than three years.
