How well do we really know our bodies?

Health is our greatest asset. That’s why it’s important to pay attention to the signals our body gives us. But we often put this issue in the background – even with tweaking here and there.

For example, we often tend to struggle with headaches with a pill. Headaches can be caused by tension or an uncorrected ametropia. Or from a migraine where ordinary tablets don’t work. High blood pressure can also cause headaches. If it goes unnoticed, danger looms. High blood pressure can lead to stroke, among other things.

Disclosure is also important as a preventative measure

That’s why it’s important to take our body’s signals seriously. For example, what does the tingling in the hand mean, what is behind the aching knee? Why am I getting dizzy more often lately? While these are symptoms that may indicate just a chuckle, they can also be a sign of a serious illness.

Symptoms that usually last for a long time and do not go away on their own should be examined by a doctor. Medical explanation is not only useful when it comes to an acute condition, but can also serve as a preventative measure. In other words, detecting serious illness as early as possible and preventing it from getting worse (seek advice if in doubt).
