Other roles in the plastic world of dolls include Will Ferrell, Michael Cera, America Ferrera, Kate McKinnon, and Dua Lipa.
More than three months before the planned cinema release (mid-July), studio Warner Bros. Tuesday the trailer online. The story suggests that Ken and Barbie will be transported from their perfect pink Barbieland to the “real world”.
A toy company and Warner Bros. announced the project with Australian Robbie (“Babylon”, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”) in 2019. The Barbie doll has appeared in animated films before, but not in a feature film with actual actors.
