In their latest animated adventure “Elemental”, the animation blacksmith takes us to the city of the elementals, where fire, water, air and earth must somehow get along. Even the first teaser trailer, in which we moved through the elementary megacity in a train, made us long for the fantastic world and its cuddly inhabitants.

A new trailer has now been released, taking us deeper into the colorful city of the elementals and also introducing us to the film’s two main characters, Ember and Wade.

That’s what “Elemental” is all about

The 27th Pixar animated film “Elemental” focuses on the unlikely love story between fire elemental Ember (original voice: Leah Lewis) and aquatic creature Wade (Mamoudou Athie). In the new trailer, we get our first glimpse of the difficulties faced by the unlikely couple.

Two lovers from opposite families? That almost sounds like the Pixar version of Shakespeare’s classic “Romeo & Juliet.” Whether the two can find each other despite all the elementary contradictions, we will know from June 15, 2023, because then the new Pixar animated film will also be shown in cinemas in Germany.
