Activities on the occasion of celebrating Women’s Day

International Women’s Day is celebrated every March 8. In Panama, a number of activities are carried out to mark this date.

One of them is an event called “Successful Women”, a meeting where inspiring women will meet who strive to empower and encourage all women to achieve their goals and dreams. Here is the agenda of this initiative.

March 9

Cycle of conversations begins on Thursday, March 9 at 6:00 p.m., with a presentation Stephanie Valenciawho will talk about routines, time management and a self-confidence manual.

For her part, Pilly Rodríguez, coach Affective relationshipsit will teach them to connect their well-being.

March 10

Starting at 18:00 Caroline Smicht, will talk about the image when she speaks, Stephanie Valencia, will talk about how to stop procrastinate and get the results you’re looking for, and Esther Sadin will teach you how to crack it paradigms.

March 11

The conversations start at 9:00 a.m. with a presentation Maisa Perez Condassinwho will talk about how to start your day with intention, then Roxana Chacón, who will teach you how to transcend your personal brand.

While Madelaine Leignadier will present a workshop of strategic planning of your lifeStephanie Valencia will teach you how to manage your time.

For her part, Patricia Barrera will talk about the 5 pillars emotional well-being, and to top it all off, a coaching workshop will be held on Saturday morning; your three big goals.

Then at 14:00 the talks continue where they will have a panel of guests who will talk about What is your story?Paola Elizaga, will teach you how to become the boss of your business from a slave, the speakers will also talk about how to regain power over yourself, and will culminate with Madelaine Leignadier about daring to be yourself and abandoning perfection.

There will be three days where you can be inspired by their presentations Successful women. You can participate and invite your friends to this interesting event.

This event is organized by Stephanie Valencia and will take place on Level 1, in front of Cosas Lindas, in AltaPlaza Mall, from March 9th to 11th.
