The small but subtle change in the new “Arielle” movie will be that it will now focus more on Ariel’s quest for freedom – the freedom to live the way she wants to live. “Arielle wants to find freedom for herself because she’s obsessed with that world up there,” Bailey said. “Prince Erik, the handsome castaway for whom she gives everything up, is just the icing on the cake.
