OMG! Will Smith and Martin Lawrence confirm: “Bad Boys 4” is coming

After the Oscar fig Will Smith gave to Chris Rock, some of Will’s film projects were shelved, including the Bad Boys sequel. Bad Boys 4 has now been given the green light. Martin Lawrence and Will Smith confirm this with a video on Twitter.

The two directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah have already shot the third part, “Bad Boys For Life”, and will also direct the new movie in the series. Chris Bremmer, who also contributed to the third part, again contributes to the film break.

The first movie in the action comedy series came out in 1995 and fans had to wait eight years for the second movie. In the third installment, which was released in 2020 and was one of the highest-grossing films of the year, Mike Lowrey (Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Lawrence) traveled to Cuba to finish what they started earlier. The plot for “Bad Boys 4” is not yet known.

An exact theatrical release date for “Bad Boys 4” has not yet been set. However, the project is still in a very early stage and a theatrical release is not expected before 2024.
