Good things take time – and violent things too: In the aftermath of the gory sci-fi satire “RoboCop”, there were countless freeriders internationally. Sometimes they were good, sometimes bad – but they rarely made it to the German market in their entirety. One such movie is the science fiction actor RoboForce: The Future Has Begun. The futuristic, bloody tear was only released on videocassette in this country in a highly abridged form and was repeatedly evaluated in harmless form on free TV.
A DVD, let alone a Blu-ray release, has so far been denied to the film. But that is soon over: On April 14, 2023, “RoboForce” will be released uncut in German home cinema on Blu-ray for the first time – as a limited edition with FSK 18 and three different, stylishly sensational covers:
