Which shape of tweezers is suitable for eyebrow plucking?

You apply it slowly, you grasp it, and with a quick little jolt, you’re done: the little hairs that deform our eyebrows are gone. Thanks to the tweezers, everything is in its place again. It’s practical, small, and we use it several times a week. But which form is best in the fight against eyebrow growth?

oblique tweezers

Most of us probably have this model at home, because straight, curved-tipped tweezers are classic: they’re best suited to define the natural shape of the brows. Since it is so large, you can easily pick up several hairs at once. However, sensitivity is also possible with it, and fine hairs can be gripped particularly well with it. In particular, the lower contour can be perfectly sculpted with curved tweezers.
Tip: The best time to pluck your eyebrows is after a shower. Then the pores are opened and the hairs can be removed more easily and painlessly.

straight tweezers

Flat, flat-tipped tweezers are also suitable for eyebrow work. It works particularly well on the upper contour of the eyebrows. It is also large, allowing several hairs to be pulled at once. It also removes thick hairs in a short time. This type of tweezers is also recommended for female beard.

pointed tweezers

Pointed tweezers are best for picking up stubborn, ingrown and short hairs and removing splinters. With it, you can grasp delicately and pick up small things.

When the tweezers become dull…

Over time, the tweezers can become dull. You can use sandpaper instead of throwing it away right away. This is then pulled through the tweezers tip about three times and you can work with it again. A rasp has the same effect and sharpens dull models again. The downside here: it will also blunt at some point.
