Until “Deadpool 3” hits German cinemas on November 6, 2024, we can certainly look forward to many more Twitter and Instagram posts from Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, with the two stars either looking forward to cheering on the upcoming superhero actioner or just make fun of each other with every trick in the book. So it’s likely that not only has the correct title of “Deadpool 3” been accidentally leaked, but also confirmed that time travel will play a major role in the movie.
Now Hugh Jackman hasn’t taken the floor on social media, speaking on HBO Max’s Who’s Talking To Chris Wallace about how much time he needs to get back into shape: “I’ve learned that you can’t rush anything. I’ve learned that it takes time. So we have six months until I can start filming. And I do nothing else. I will be with my family and exercise. This will be my job for six months.
Jackman continued, “And I’m really fit now. That’s because I’m now singing and dancing eight shows a week of The Music Man on Broadway. So I am healthy. I have a good starting point.” So it’s probably clear that in “Deadpool 3” aka “Deadpool & Wolverine” we’re once again presented with an extremely fit Hugh Jackman, who will definitely take on Ryan Reynolds physically.
But if you want to see the actor again before then, you don’t have to wait until 2024. On the contrary: Oscar winner Florian Zeller’s drama “The Son”, in which Hugh Jackman took on the leading role, will open in Germany on January 26, 2023. Also present are Vanessa Kirby, Laura Dern and Anthony Hopkins. You can see a trailer here:
