Make your own cookie dough bread
The recipe originally came from Bethany Ugarte, also known as @lilsipper on Instagram, who first shared her cookie dough baking instructions on her blog in 2018. Ugarte later republished the recipe during the months everyone was sitting at home and suddenly discovered cake making as a new hobby.
You only need four ingredients for this recipe:
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 250 g cashew or peanut butter
- about 75 g chocolate chips
Here’s how it works:
You don’t need any cooking skills to prepare it because it’s so simple.
Mix all the ingredients together and finally add the chocolate drops.
The dough is then filled into a loaf mold and placed in a top and bottom heated oven at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.
