These wines refine fondue chinoise

Every year you are faced with a very important question: What would you like to serve for Christmas? And first of all: What do you have to drink? Fondue chinoise is an excellent Swiss national Christmas dish. Its huge popularity among young and old alike is primarily due to its relatively short prep time in the kitchen.
