If you think about it honestly, you’ve eaten finer things.

Yes, the meat may be almost a minor issue, but at least at Christmas, when it’s supposed to be festive, all Sösseli should be homemade, or so the consensus goes. (And in general, Fondue Bourguignonne is vastly better, according to boss Madeleine, in which she may be right.)
