Of course, after the pleasant time at the end of the year, the scale may show a few more kilos. It’s basically nothing bad as long as you still feel comfortable.
But if you don’t want that, you can make small concessions on biscuits. disclaimer? You don’t have to Rely only on low-carb recipes when cooking.

What ingredients in biscuits are actually the culprits that make them so high in calories? First of all, sugar and classic wheat flour are two things you should keep your hands off of if you want to take care of your body shape.

Preparation:
- Whisk the egg whites in a bowl.
- Mix the hazelnuts, almonds, cinnamon and xylitol. Slowly add the mixture and vanilla extract to the beaten egg whites.
- Refrigerate everything for about 30 minutes.
- Take it from the stove and give it a ball shape. Rub with buckwheat flour and roll out about half a centimeter thick between two parchment papers. Carefully peel off the top paper. Refrigerate everything for another 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
- Remove the mass and carefully peel off the other baking paper. Sprinkle with flour and cut out the stars. Arrange the stars on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake the biscuits for about 20 minutes, until they are lightly browned. Then let it cool completely.
- The secret: mix erythritol with lemon juice. Then add enough water dropwise until a viscous cast is formed. Brush the top of the stars with this and let dry.

- Sprinkle about a tablespoon of erythritol or xylitol over the chilled croissants – it’s best to use a tea strainer for this.
