“How do I react when he wakes me up for sex?”

My boyfriend regularly wakes me up in the middle of the night because he wants sex. I don’t care on weekends but during weekdays I find it very tiring and annoying. I’m already asleep and have to get up much earlier than him the next day. When he comes home I’m usually asleep because it’s often past noon.

I’ve talked to him about it before and his argument is simply that we miss each other most of the time because he comes home so late (when I usually sleep) and I’m gone during the day because I have a “regular” job We usually see each other after work only 1 or 2 hours, but then he goes back to work.

That is of course not optimal now, but that doesn’t automatically mean that I have to give up my sleep because he wants to have sex now? But he doesn’t think about that.
