Natasha Vargas bears the title Miss Universe Panama 2023which she won when she was Miss Panama Inc license election, so Señorita Panamá contacted her to successfully complete it rule.
César Anel Rodríguezdirector of Señorita Panamá, explained that when they received the license from Competitionin December 2023, he called Vargas and expressed interest in the above and without any commercial obligation with the organization.

On the other hand, Rodríguez asserted that in 2022, when Miss Panama Inc. Solaris Barba to represent Panama at the Miss Universe pageant, her organization has never received an invitation for any of its queens to attend the coronation.
