‘Dune 2’, complex and deep

The sequel to the film directed by Denis Villeneuve, based on the literary classic by Frank Herbert, “Dune 2” is now in domestic cinemas.

Paul Atreides joins the Fremen tribe and begins a spiritual and martial journey to become a messiah, while trying to avoid the horrific but inevitable future he has witnessed: a Holy War in his name, spanning the entire known universe, reads the synopsis.

In this movie, except for Zendaya as magnificent Chani and Timothée Chalamet starring Paul Atreides, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh and Rebecca Ferguson will also be part of the film.

Denis Villeneuve’s sequel lasts 166 minutes, that is, 2 hours and 46 minutes, as long as the first part of the saga, which lasted 156 minutes.

After the premiere, it received a number of positive reviews in all its aspects.

Movie 1 culminated with Paul and his mother, Lady Jessica, traveling with the Fremen to their hometown, as the protagonist sees one of the Fremen riding one of the mythical sandworms.
