Karol G reigns supreme at Premio Lo Nuestro

Karol G was crowned Queen of Premio Lo Nuestro (PLN) 2024, winning nine awards, on a night that saw Maluma, the most nominated, tied with Pes Pluma, Carin León and Shakira with four awards each.
