“Studies suggest that people who experience chronic loneliness may be at greater risk of developing cardiovascular disease,” he adds.

He also says: “Social connections and relationships.” support “They contribute to overall well-being, and a lack of these connections can lead to increased stress, inflammation and unhealthy lifestyles, all of which can negatively impact heart health.”

Socializing is common good for your health of the heart, says Dr. Wamil.

“Positive social interactions can reduce stress, lower blood pressure and improve general emotional well-being,” he says.

He adds: “Participate in social activities, spend time with beloved and building a strong social support network can protect the heart.

“Although moderate, alcohol consumption can cause some cardiovascular benefitsexcessive alcohol consumption can cause high blood pressure, cardiomyopathy and arrhythmias,” he shares.

“It is crucial to comply recommendations alcohol intake and consult a healthcare professional about your personal risk factors,” he explains.
