Jonathan Majors was already involved with “Loki” – there he appeared under the name “He Who Remains” or “Jener, who remains”. Whether this is exactly the same person we now see in the trailer for “Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania” is doubtful. After all, with his clearly visible scar, Kang is visually very different from the character from “Loki”.
MCU fans are now eagerly awaiting how Kang will shape the great Marvel universe in theaters – as he will surely be the new great adversary. But the trailer for “Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania” lets us hear a lot more of the sounds of Elton John’s “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.”
We get a first look at MCU newcomer Bill Murray and, most importantly, learn why “Ant-Man” Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Co. travel deep into the quantum realm. Lang’s daughter Cassie (Kathryn Newton), who we also see in her superhero suit for the first time during the preview, has developed a device that can communicate with the Quantum Realm. Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) can almost warn that this is not a good idea. Her previous experiences in this world and what secrets she has kept there will probably also play a big role.

It also remains to be seen how everyone, with the help of Hope (Evangeline Lilly) and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), will get out of this mess – and maybe bring Kang into our world at the same time? We won’t know until next year in the cinema.
“Ant-Man: and the wasp Quantumania‘ by director Peyton Reed starts on February 15, 2023. The film opens the so-called fifth phase in the MCU. Here’s also the new poster released along with the trailer, which aims to further illustrate the power of villain Kang:
