These are the worst of the worst: Jason Statham, Vin Diesel and Sylvester Stallone in the running for the 2024 Golden Raspberry Award

The Razzie Awards select the Golden Raspberrys, the worst films of the past year – or at least what the 1,179 Razzie voters who pay money to vote think the worst movies, actors and actresses are.

This year, “The Expendables 4” in particular is making the most of this ridiculous award – with seven nominations – including those for Sylvester Stallone and Megan Fox – there are more nominations than for any other title. The horror films ‘The Exorcist: Confession’ and ‘Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey’ were each nominated five times. In an unusual move, there are comic adaptations from DC and Marvel. Both for “Shazam! 2 – Fury Of The Gods” and “Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania” have four entries each.

As always, the Razzie candidates include numerous prominent names – in addition to those already mentioned, they include Jason Statham, Jennifer Lopez, Salma Hayke, Helen Mirren, Russell Crowe, Vin Diesel, Bill Murray and Mel Gibson. Here is an overview of all nominations:
