Mickey Mouse will be the star of several horror audiovisual productions now that his first version introduced in 1928 has become public domain in the United States.
As Variety reports, director Steven Lamorte will direct the horror comedy based on ‘Steamboat Willie’, the short film in which Disney’s mouse first appeared in 1928.
