“I Don’t Want to Have Surgery After Every Season”: “Reacher” Star Reveals Testosterone Doping for Action Hit on Amazon Prime Video

Alan Ritchson: That’s why he’s on testosterone

Contrary to rumors, his huge body for the first season of “Reacher” was only due to hard training. But this pushed him to his limits and took his toll. That’s why he rethought things for the second season, says the actor, who recently turned 41:

“I want to play Reacher for 15 years”

For Ritchson, using testosterone is the only way to continue the series: “I don’t want to have to have an operation after every season. Especially because ‘Reacher’ is a ‘long-term project’ for him: ‘I want to play Reacher for 15 years,’ said the actor, also known from ‘Fast & Furious 10’. .

So it’s definitely not advisable to emulate the ‘Reacher’ star here – especially since he’s probably acting under medical supervision. Alan Ritchson explains that he only used “clinical doses that are very low.”

Of course, doping is not a substitute for training. It just complements it. He still has to “do his best in the gym,” Ritchson says.
