Where is Switzerland’s favorite place to ski? This ski season Blick once again chooses the most beautiful winter destinations in Switzerland. 73 ski areas, six categories and one goal: to get to the winner’s podium. These are the Blick Winter Awards 2023/24.
Vote and win rewards
You decide which ski areas win. Vote on winterawards.ch by January 19, 2024 and with a little luck win great prizes. Among other things, you can win ski passes, a night in luxury hotels, and great prizes that will make winter lovers’ eyes shine.
Can the reigning champions maintain their place on the podium?
Destinations were allowed to nominate themselves and compete against each other in the following categories:
- «Ski and Snowboard»
- “Family”
- “cross-country skiing”
- “Leisure and Entertainment”
- “Small and good”
- “Action and Snow Parks”
In the last edition of the Blick Winter Awards, the Arosa-Lenzerheide GR destination won first place in two categories (“Ski & Snowboard” and “Family”). Together with Davos Klosters GR (“Leisure and Entertainment”), Melchsee-Frutt OW (“Small and Thin”), Zermatt-Matterhorn VS (“Gastronomy”) and Goms VS (“Cross-Country Ski”), they become the best in Switzerland The ski areas are excellent.
Will the winners of the 2022/23 ski season be able to win against other destinations again, or will new champions be determined? This time, not only the community decides which ski areas are the most beautiful, but also the participating regions choose their favorites. You can vote for all ski areas other than your own. As a result, the votes of the society and the people from the regions weigh 50 percent.
Who will secure the title of Switzerland’s best ski area?
There are also two special categories “Best ski resort in Switzerland” And “Best ski resort in Western Switzerland” The community’s most popular winter destinations overall. The one who gets the most votes from all categories in the public vote wins.
The winning ski areas will be announced at the awards ceremony in Zurich on 15 February 2024 and subsequently on Blick.ch.
