Jodie Foster, Helen Mirren, Judi Dench, Natalie Portman and Tilda Swinton narrowly missed out on this list, ranking in the top 30. However, they all have an average rating of over 6.5 stars.

Carey Mulligan is a British actress known for films such as ‘Never Let Me Go’, ‘Suffragette’ and ‘Shame’. Her first role was as Kitty Bennet in the 2005 film adaptation “Pride & Prejudice” with Keira Knightley. With a rating of 8.6, ‘Doctor Who’ is the highest-rated series in which the 38-year-old starred. However, this is only in one episode. Her highest-rated film is ‘Drive’ with 7.8 out of 10 stars.

Cilian Murphy, Harrison Ford, Hugh Jackman, Mads Mikkelsen and Kevin Spacey narrowly missed the top 20 highest-rated actors. Philip Seymond Hoffman and Brad Pitt do not have a single film that has a rating lower than six stars on IMDB.

Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the highest-paid and most successful actors in Hollywood. His acting career started in the 80s when he appeared in several commercials. The 49-year-old made his breakthrough in 1990 with the series ‘Parenthood’. So far, he has appeared in more than 40 films and series. According to IMDB, his best film is “Inception” with 8.8 stars. Followed by “The Departed”, “Django Unchained” and “Titanic: Deleted Scenes” with 8.5 stars each.
