I have a small, no, actually a big problem. There’s a guy at the gym who always makes me sweat – and it’s not just because of the workout, believe me. Höhö. Hey, he’s like a Greek god with six abs and arms that can easily hold the three of me. I get nervous just thinking about having a conversation with him. I mean, I’m the one who regularly sprains myself while stretching and once fell face first off the treadmill. So yes, elegant is different.
Now the question: How do I talk to him without seeming like a total creep? I’m afraid I’m going to do something totally embarrassing again. And I don’t think I’m in his league anyway – if he’s a 10 I’m a solid 5, on a good day maybe a 6. Do you have any tips for approaching him? And no, “just be yourself” doesn’t count because “myself” would probably say or do something stupid.
