Ooh. Roll croissants flat? Cool. And then fry in a pan with butter and honey until crispy? Come to think of it, it could be something like Prussia-Guetzli. A little sweet, sure, but probably nice.
Okay, I used maple syrup instead of honey. I also – distracted by all the filming – allowed the croissants to burn a bit.
