Russell Brand, following the allegations, had his content removed by the BBC

The British public television BBC announced that it has removed from its digital platforms “some content” in which a comedian and actor appeared Russell Brandwho was accused of rape by several women, sexual assault and emotional abuse.

“My concern comes when people in power know it rumours and stories, but they still don’t work,” he added.

Joint newspaper investigation “Time” and Channel 4 revealed allegations from four women of abuse allegedly committed by Brand between 2006 and 2013.

Following these revelations, the London Metropolitan Police received complaint by a woman in connection with an alleged sexual assault that took place in London’s Soho neighborhood in 2003.

In England and Wales, most crimes are prosecuted criminal courts they do not have prescription date.
