If “One Piece” isn’t enough, you can now legally stream the Straw Hat Gang’s latest film with a subscription

Nowadays, many films only take a few months before they make their way from the big screen to the subscriptions of major streaming providers such as Disney+, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, where they can therefore be streamed at no extra cost. What happens hastily in major Hollywood productions usually takes a long time in anime films.

Although ‘One Piece Film: Red’ was released in German cinemas in October 2022, fans in this country had to wait what felt like an eternity for a home theater release. It wasn’t until eight (!) months later that the film was released on DVD and Blu-ray. And now – more than eleven months after its theatrical release, you can finally enjoy the anime adventure on stream at no extra cost – as long as you have a Crunchyroll subscription.
