After the surprise cameo in Episode 4, more of “Ahsoka” is coming to Disney+ this (!) week

When and how will Hayden Christensen star as Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars: Ahsoka? That was the big question all fans asked themselves because by the time of the series, Anakin had long since become Darth Vader. Now, in episode 4 of “Ahsoka”, he actually came back in a final twist – and not just in a flashback, as previously speculated, among others.

Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) encounters her former Jedi master after being thrown off a cliff by Baylan Skoll (Ray Stevenson) in an illuminated plane – and Anakin doesn’t just appear there as a Force Ghost. This place is probably called the World Between Worlds, a mysterious power plane separate from time and space that appeared in “Star Wars: Rebels”.

Such an encounter is possible there and it is to be expected that we will see a lot more interaction there between Anakin and his former student known as “Snips” in Episode 5.

“Master & Apprentice”: A special about Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka

But we don’t have to wait until next week to see more of the two. In fact, we can expect an ‘Ahsoka’ special on Disney+ on Friday, September 8, 2023. Master & Apprentice: A Special Look at Ahsoka co-explores the history of Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano, which took place in the Clone Wars animated series. For those unfamiliar with Star Wars animations, the special should provide important information to better track Ahsoka.

“Master & Apprentice” was initially announced for September 15. In a publication from a few days ago Video from Disney+ September 8 is now confirmed as the start date for the “Ahsoka” special!

“Star Wars: Ahsoka” will then continue next Wednesday, September 13, 2023. Episode 5 will be released in Germany at 3 AM.
