This Monday, the autopsy of Silvana Luna’s body was completed in the court morgue, five days after the model’s death.
The procedure will seek an answer as to what were the causes of his death and whether there was negligence on the part of the doctor Aníbal Lotocki, writes the international media.
Fernando Burlando, family lawyer Month, gave details of what they found. “They removed a lot of material, from the buttocks and legs. There was a lot of material behind the knees. Heavy material.”
“I also had pieces of that hard rock-like material in my sciatica,” the lawyer said.
“Conservation of the kidneys and other organs was carried out, and a lot of material was taken out, which was injected into Silvana in time, which will be the reason for the expert examination,” he added.
Fernando Burlando he represented Luna in the trial that ended last year with the sentence of doctor Aníbal Lotocki to four years of suspended prison and five years of disqualification due to “severe injuries” to the detriment of his clients Stefy Xipolitakis, Gabriela Trenchi and Pamela Sosa.
The death of his accused justified the presentation “new appeal” by the family, in which his brother Ezequiel Matías Luna was established as a private prosecutor and requested that “the person responsible be punished to the maximum extent of the law,” he said.
He noted: “Silvina left without an answer from the judiciary, they have been litigating for many years.”
“We have justice that is not located at any moment place of victimswe will give him a chance to justify himself and conduct a serious investigation,” he said.
For its part, the doctor’s defense stated that he cannot be charged with the death actress. Three different courts evaluate Lotocki’s behavior in the light of the alleged “new event” (the death of Silvana Luna) as a probable consequence of a medical error.
