Guitarist Brian May swayed with the Queen outside Buckingham Palace when Queen Elizabeth († 96) celebrated the 70th anniversary of her accession to the throne in the summer of 2022.

Sir Brian is now giving it a few months after he was adopted by King Charles III. He became a knight and became a palace owner. According to the Daily Mail’s report, he bought a luxury property for himself and his wife Anita Dobson (74) for his 76th birthday, which he celebrated on July 19. Cost point: Around 27.7 million Swiss francs.

May takes a lot for that. Nearly 100 years old, the three-storey villa with five spacious reception halls also has 80 hectares of land.

Ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms

His new ten-bedroom kingdom might not quite match the 52 plus 188 staff bedrooms at Buckingham Palace, but it should still feel noble there.

His new property not only has ten bedrooms but also ten bathrooms. One of them is decorated in Art Deco style and comes from a pre-war ship. It was saved by him, then restored and placed in the house. The east wing of the building also has an indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym. Of course, a studio for music recordings should not be missing.

flood two years ago

The expansive garden is protected from unwanted views by a forest, and May and his wife can see all of their property from a watchtower.

I hope the two of them can finally get past the horror of two years ago. In July 2021, his house in west London was flooded by heavy rain. Many memories were destroyed. (One)
