Italian luxury and fashion phenomenon Chiara Ferragni (36) recently bought a new house in Lake Como with her husband, rapper Fedez (33). However, the two had another villa built in their hometown of Milan for almost a year.
This feature now seems almost complete. On Instagram, Ferragni gives his nearly 30 million fans insight into the construction work and hopes the villa will be finished in October. The duo originally wanted to move in this spring, but construction was delayed.

A lot of marble and concrete has been used throughout the house, giving the property a very luxurious feel. Especially the spiral staircase leading to the upper floor immediately catches the eye.
Interior designer Filippo Fiora and architect Federico Sigali help Ferragni furnish the house. The influencer never disclosed how much the project cost. Italian media estimate the property to be worth just under 3.4 million Swiss Francs – excluding furniture.
