The Panama Series Festival will celebrate its fourth edition

The invitation and level of quality of productions of the Panama Festival of Series have increased, as the public will be able to see for themselves at the celebration of its fourth edition.

The festival received international proposals for this edition at a very high level, with a very strong script-quality structure, and the national one is not far behind, the level of production has increased greatly.

Henry Ábrego, creator of the festival (@panamaseriesfest), assures that this year competence it is very interesting. “(…) The truth is that this edition comes with everything,” he said.

Fourth edition Festival Panama Series will take place in the hall university cinemalocated in the central campus University of Panamatonight, from 16:00 to 21:00, with free access.

The festival is divided into two parts, from 16:00 to 18:00 some of national and international productions which are part of the official selection such as “Deja Vú” (Panama), “Mr. Covid” (India), “Far Away” (Germany), “Superposition” (Russia) and other titles.

Later, from 19:00 to 21:00, Awards ceremony where they will be published nominated and the winners domestic and international categories.

In the national section, “Best Web Series” and “Best Short Film” will be awarded, and in the international section, the best series and short film will also be chosen, in addition, the winners of “Best Television Pilot”, “Best Web Series Trailer”, “Best Documentary Series”, “Best Actor” and “Best Actress” will be announced.

As in the previous edition, winners in different categories will receive statuette in the shape of dirty devil, the representative icon of the festival. Additionally, special deliveries will be made, a honorable mention and mention of career.

At the end, the entire event will be documented and broadcast in a special feature on TV festival, RPC; in August, it was announced by Ábrego.
