American actor Kevin Costner must pay $129,755 a month to his ex-wife, model and designer Christine Baumgartner, to support their three children, a California judge ordered on Tuesday.
Costner will also have to pay $200,000 in royalties lawyers and another 100,000 for expert fees, the Fox network announced.
At first, Baumgartner asked $248,000 per monthas alimony and that the actor was 100% responsible for the health, sports and extracurricular activities of his children.
However judge determined that each must pay 50% of the said payments.
For his part, Costner saw fit to pay $51,940 a month in child support.
Protagonist of “Dances with Wolves” they got married in September 2004 to Baumgartner, who was born in the state of Colorado, and in 18 years of marriage they had three children: Cayden, Hayes and Grace.
Last week, the judge ordered Baumgartner to leave the property family they shared in the Santa Barbara, Calif., area on July 31, adhering to the terms of an existing prenuptial agreement.
The actor’s marriage with the model was the second, after the one he was for 16 years with Cindy Silva, which ended in divorce in 1994.
Costner (68) has four other adult children from previous relationships, three of them with Silva and one with Bridget Rooney.
The “Bodyguard” star has starred in the hit series in recent years “Yellowstone” from Paramount.
