New on Amazon Prime Video: One of the best gangster movies of all time

If there’s one thing Martin McDonagh is absolutely brilliant at, it’s the marriage between the deeply saddened and bitterly evil. That was impressively demonstrated not only by “Three Billboards”, but also by the gangster ballad “Bruges see … and die?”, now available as an Amazon Prime Video subscription – and strikingly many actors from the Potter “movies is occupied. Maybe that’s why one or the other magic fan dares to take a look. For us, “See Bruges…” is even one of the best gangster movies of all time!

This is “See Bruges… and die?”

After their latest assignment doesn’t quite go according to plan, professional killers Ken (Brendan Gleeson aka Alastor Moody) and Ray (Colin Farrell, Percival Graves from Fantastic Beasts) find themselves in the Belgian city of Bruges, where they receive a call from their Bosses Harry ( Voldemord actor Ralph Fiennes) is waiting, who should give them new instructions after the debacle in London. Meanwhile, Ken tries to be a model tourist while Ray gets into trouble every time.

While berating American vacationers and throwing drug parties, Ray also meets Chloe (Fleur Delacour star Clémence Poésy) and falls in love with him. Her jealous ex-boyfriend Erik (Jérémie Regnier) doesn’t like it at all. Things really come to a head when Harry orders Ken to get rid of Ray. Ken finds himself in a serious conflict of conscience that forces him to make an important decision…
