With “Extraction”, Netflix has put a scent trail in the sense that there is not only excellently choreographed action on the big screen. “Extraction 2,” which hits the streaming service on June 17, has even surpassed its predecessor in terms of meticulously timed action. Above all, a one-off 21-minute sequence will stay in viewers’ minds for a very, very long time.
Have in the course of the TUDUM event Chris Hemsworth And Sam Hargrave announced that we can look forward to another appearance from Tyler Rake in the future, because “extraction 3” will come! Substantive details have not yet been announced, instead behind the protagonist and the director, who stood together on stage, was the logo of part 3 (which, apart from the number, had no difference from the two predecessors).
The ‘Extraction’ movies are all about tough mercenary Tyler Rake (Chris Hemsworth) who has to venture into dangerous areas to get one or more people to safety. In Extraction 2, Rake is responsible for freeing the family of a Georgian mobster from a prison. In “Extraction 3” we can assume that a similar premise awaits us, which again promises a lot of action.
