200 g pepperoni juice
50g sugar
30g glucose
30g lemon juice and lime juice
50 grams of champagne
apples
soy sauce
pepperoni salad
½ hot pepper
½ onion
½ clove of garlic
burrata
bitter salads
lemon juice
olive oil
Juice the peppers and mix with the other ingredients. Put the sorbet mixture in the ice cream maker and let it freeze slowly.
Marinate the salad and serve with the burrata. Remove a gnocchi from the sorbet just before serving.
