The official Zurich Pride Party is the culmination of the two-day festival and invites all visitors to celebrate with the queer community on the Zurich Pride parade day.
The demonstration to be held on 17 June between 12.30-17.30 to draw attention to the situation of LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) refugees.

The demonstration, once known as “Christopher Street Day Zurich”, was first held in 1994. At that time, festivals were held in different places: sometimes behind the State Museum, in the Gessnerallee Theatre, in the Zeughausareal or in the Turbinenplatz. The association «CSD Zurich» was founded in 1995 and has been the official organizer to this day. Over the years, “CSD” has evolved from just a show to a festival with a supporting schedule. In the past, Zurich Pride was a big festival organized by the organizer with a wide variety of informative events and parties. Zurich Pride Week will take place from 5-18 June 2023.
Zurich Pride Festival returns Friday 16 & Saturday 17 June 2023 Return to the barracks area and armory yard. Musical acts and DJs can be seen and heard on the music stage for two days. The festival is complemented by a rich selection of flavors at the food stands, numerous bars and information stands of LGBTIQ-related institutions and organizations. Queer people and their supporters discuss, inform and demand on our political scene.
The largest queer event in Switzerland concludes with Pride on Sunday, June 18th. The festival grounds can be reached in a few minutes on foot from the Zurich main station.

The peaceful demonstration march of the Zurich Pride is the political manifestation of the LGBTIQ community and friends from all over Switzerland. The parade will be held in Zurich city center from 14:00 on Saturday, June 17, 2023.
