So Red Wheel European Focus Master Inc. has doubled its weight in the company in just two months considering that the previous note that appears in the CNMV records about the fund’s participation in Applus+ dates back to March 28, when its share package amounted to 1.4 million shares, which corresponds to 1.03% of the certification company’s share capital.

The price of Applus+ rose 3.99%, to 9 euros per share, at the close of trading this Thursday due to the “non-binding and unsolicited patterns of interest” that the company notified the CNMV at the beginning of May.
