The judge believes that the entrepreneur must have known the salary of her former right hand because she signed the company’s annual invoice

The Investigative Court No. 8 in A Coruña made a decision this Wednesday on the temporary rejection and filing of the lawsuit filed by Sandra Ortega against him who was his right hand in Rosp Corunna, Jose Francisco Leyte, whom he accused of the alleged criminal offense of abuse and dishonest management. According to the entrepreneur, her former manager he would appropriate almost three million euros by communicating to the agency that prepared the payroll the amounts higher than those approved by it.

But, according to the judge, “the investigative procedures carried out do not allow us to uphold” the accusation. Despite the fact that there is no document with the amount of incentives, the judge states that they were shown in the annual calculation, which was signed by the manager of the company after inspection, so “I could not say that I do not know what Mr. Leyte earned.”
