The Administrative Unit for Returned Assets (UABR) handed over funds from the collection to the State.
UABR, merged entity Ministry of Economy and Finance (MPEG)contributed US$10,757,559.35 to the state as a result of leases, concessions and sales, at the end of fiscal year 2022, reported Fernando Paniagua, the institution’s executive secretary.
Report of Department of Finance UABR, shows that the accumulated collection at the end of 2022 in house, lot and land leases totaled USD 414,258.20. While the returned concessions for the area were valued at US$8,703,427.05, Paniagua specified.
He also explained that, when it comes to the sale of land, it is through public auctions collection was $1,477,712.75.
He stated in detail that dr recorded income accumulated amount of $162,161.35.
It was announced that in 2023, the promotion of investments in returned areas will continue and at the same time the implementation of a promotional strategy, in order to offer available goods for sale with great potential for the development of logistics projects – port, commercial, tourist and residential Atlantic and Pacific sectors.
