“I could have run in the second group and tried to secure the minimum Olympic time of 2:08:10, but because of my feelings and confidence in my training I wanted to go higher, be brave and see what would happen if I went with a group of Africans; As a result, I lost my life, but I learned things that will help me in my training and future attempt to reach the Olympic minimum, only God raises why and how He does things, in due time!
